Legal

Privacy policy

Last updated 23 September 2026.

AdsAnalyzer is operated by [Legal entity name], [Registered address] (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect from visitors to this website, and what our SDKs collect inside our customers’ apps.

Two different roles

For this website, we decide what is collected and why. For data collected by our SDKs inside an app, the app’s owner decides — we process it on their behalf, under their instructions and our agreement with them. If you used an app and want your data removed, the quickest route is the app’s own publisher; we act on their instruction.

This website

The site is made of static pages. We do not set advertising cookies and do not track visitors across other sites. Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs, including IP address, page requested, time and user agent, to serve the site and to detect abuse. If you email us, we keep the message so we can answer it.

What the SDKs collect in a customer’s app

The SDKs never collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, precise location, screen contents or keystrokes, and never derive an identifier from device characteristics.

Why

To count installs and active users, to credit an install to the campaign, creator or link that caused it, to measure retention and revenue, and to detect fraudulent installs. In the UK and EU, the legal basis is the app publisher’s, who must obtain consent where their law requires it; our SDKs include controls for consent and opt-out that stop recording entirely.

Sharing

We do not sell data and we are not a data broker. We use service providers for hosting, databases and email delivery, bound to process data only on our instructions. Where an app publisher asks us to send events back to an ad platform they use, we do so on their instruction.

Retention

IP addresses are erased after 30 days. Event records are kept for as long as the app publisher keeps their account, and deleted on their instruction or within [retention period] of the account ending.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, or object to its processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the period the law allows. If you are unhappy with our response you may complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, for customers, say so before the change takes effect.
